Roots & Sky offers curated Ritual Bathing Kits and Sets with items selected to aid in times where you feel in need of protection, wellness support, a fresh start before big events, self-love & creativity, rebirth & rejuvenation, or purifying spiritual renewal. Each come with suggestions for a specific mediation, journal prompts, ideas for altar decorations and activities all to reinforce the intention behind the bath.
Through Roots & Sky, Lisa offers artisan herbal soap and self care products that are designed to evoke our ancient connections to nature and the seasons. Crafted with intention, each of the 18 varieties of natural, palm oil-free, cold-process soap and self-care products are made with plants from her garden, handmade in her kitchen.
Roots & Sky is inspired by Lisa’s lifelong experience with plant medicine as a folk herbalist, and as an artist expressed through creating original recipes and nature-based colors with healing plants and nourishing clays. Her work draws from her homesteading lifestyle through which she cultivates plants for food and medicine, dries and prepares herbal remedies, and designs ecological gardens and farm ecosystems as a consultant for others on their own journey in self-sufficiency.
